Instructions
Heat some water to 65-75℃.(Do not allow the water to boil.)
Place mouth guard in the hot water for 30-40 seconds.
Put it into cold water from a tap for 1 second to cool it.
Press edges of the guard to closely contacts the teeth and gum line. Keep this for 20 seconds.
Place it into cold water again for 30 seconds to cool.
Place the guard in your mouth again to check if firm fit. Repeat 2-5 times.
