    The MEL (Micro Effects Lights) are small single  LED lights, the black plastic LED barrel can un-plug from the battery clip and wire assembly. The light and 9V battery clip uses standard DC barrel connectors of the 2.1mm x 5.5mm size. The lights will also work on 12 volts DC. This LED provides a nice flame orange appearance. When operated from a fresh alkaline 9V battery, the operating time can be expected to be about 24 hours. There is no switch on these lights, simple un-plug the barrel or the battery to turn them off. The plastic body has a light texture and can be adhered to various surfaces with hot glue or Gaffers tape.
