4. In case the cancellation is not completed for some reason, the buyer can follow the options below to get the refund.

4.2 The buyer can send the item back to the seller within 30 days If the buyer receives the item (USA Shipment ONLY). The seller will provide the FREE return label to the buyer when the buyer opens the " Return Item" case on eBay by using the reason as "Change my mind" ONLY.
