Please enclose a note with the returning item stating: your name and address, ebay user ID, ebay item number & reason for return.
Refund are made for the original purchase price only.
The initial postage charge and cost of returning the item to us is not refundable unless the reason for return is attributable to us, which does not include items that do not fit.
When returning items please obtain a certificate of posting from your PO to insure the item as responsibility for lost returning parcels is that of the buyer.
