For Sale: DJ Booth (Facade) made with 20 used LED pixel tubes. 5) Panels with 4) LED tubes each, includes a preprogrammed DMX controller.
Can be permanently mounted or used as is for mobile gigs.
I had several LED pixel tubes from a system removed from a night club.
To test and repair some connectors and keep everything easy to put back together I mounted everything to thin white masonite panels. I got it all wired up, replaced some broken connectors and added a pre-programmed tube controller.
I had a gig come up and decided these LED tubes would be perfect to hide the DJ system, I added some plastic tubes and simply screwed the panels to the tubes and built a curved wall around the DJ.
I marked each panel so they can easily be put back together in the correct order. Just make the power and DMX connection at each panel and a single plug to supply power.
Looks fantastic and works really well. The included basic DMX controller has several different chases built in. You just select the one you want to use.
IF YOU USED A COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE.......This sale does NOT include software or a computer but IF you used a computer interface and software like MADRIX you can display video content on these tubes. IT IS AWESOME.

Some small details/issues:
Some tubes are missing their end caps, pictured. There was a small section on 1 tube that turned green from time to time, hardly noticeable and never happened on the computer, just the included controller. I believe its a data issue not a tube issue.
Some factory connections have been replaced with standard 3 pin XLR and Power connections. This was built from 2 Batches of Tubes, slight color difference in white plastic and slight difference in the BLUE LEDs. pictured.
