Lot of 8 Wonderful Ladies' Bedroom / Vanity Items - Artisan Dollhouse Miniature

This listing is for an 8-piece lot of lovely artisan made and manufactured ladies' accessories for your 1:12 scale dollhouse. I do not know the artisan(s) who made these pieces (other than the Phoenix Models coffee pot). Each piece is pre-owned except the Phoenix Models coffee pot which is new in package.
The lot consists of:
a large brown & white lidded hat box (removable lid and carrying strap)
a small floral lidded hat box (removable lid and carrying strap)
a Burberry lidded box (removable lid)
a matched set of Cru de Provence boxed soaps (lids are not removable and the boxes are empty; the smaller box is glued onto the top of the larger box)
a white china jar with gold rose design on front: (the lid is not removable)
a small gold metal oval tray with ladies' make up accessories glued onto the tray
a pewter Phoenix Models coffee pot (fitted lid is removable): made in the UK
a white cotton lady's petticoat, trimmed with lace and lavender embroidered decoration on the front

This is a lot of pre-owned handcrafted pieces (with the exception of the Phoenix Models coffee pot which is new in package). Each piece is in excellent condition.
Is a 1:12 (1 inch) scale miniature, unless otherwise stated in description.
Is not a toy. It is an adult collectible miniature, and is not meant for children under the age of 14.

Payment:
Payment within 2 days is appreciated or order may have to be cancelled.
Ebay now collects tax for residents of several states which recently began requiring the collection of sales tax for online purchases.
Shipping:
I generally ship via USPS Standard First Class Mail (2 - 3 business days), which provides tracking.
I ship on the same day I receive cleared payment; however, if payment is received late in the day, I will ship on next day. I ship every day except Sundays.
If you purchase multiple items and would like combined shipping, PLEASE CONTACT ME IN ADVANCE OF BUYING. I can no longer simply “refund” the excess shipping you were charged if you do not contact me by message in advance. If you message me before paying, I can design a way for you to be charged the correct amount of shipping up front.
I make every effort to pack items carefully (using recycled & recyclable materials whenever possible) to ensure they arrive safely & intact.
International shipping is handled through Ebay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP).
This involves postage calculated by weight, as well as customs and other import fees and taxes that are collected at the time of your purchase by Ebay. GSP is the ONLY method of international shipping which provides tracking information all the way through delivery. This is the only way I will ship internationally.
