This stamps sheet was issued in Feb. 2015 for The National School Savings Campaign 2015 for kids, together with Singapore POSB Bank. Serving it's nature as a 'Saving Stamps' rather than for postal purpose, the stamp sheet was not available in the normal channels such as Standing Order, international stamps distributors or Philatelic Counters, but in school bookshop and post office.
