There are not any software licenses included. All the software is preloaded and it is up to you to obtain the license for the Techstream software.
A basic internet search will tell you how to obtain the Techstream v15.00.028 license.
Please review all the pictures to see what software is included, once again it is up to you to obtain a license.
Windows 10 pro 64bit is preloaded and registered. System has 8gb of memory and a 256gb SSD drive. The toughbook is a mk4 i5 2.7GHz processor.
A 12v charger is built into the Snap-on cradle for charging the system.
