dont know how to start it otherwise would test it. i think its 24 volt system opr 12 volt ? but dont know how to hook up
battery. rather than hook it up incorrectly, i havent tried to start it. i think that its in very good cond. it probably runs i just need someone to explain to me how to start it.dont know about hand crank model ?? know nothing. WHERE DO I HOOK UP?? WHERE AND HOW ??
