Please help with this one. I am not sure of the year or denomination?

“Looks Like 100 Cash”?? But I am not certain. This coin is from an inherited collectors estate so please see all pictures for condition, details, etc.
I took the pictures with and without the flash to try to give the most details. That’s why it looks like different shading but it is the same coin.
