Description

This is an MTH number 40-4000 Z4000 power supply / transformer    The left handle and the two fixed voltage ports work perfect   The right handle has a problem   It will read voltage output but does not supply any power under load  The ammeter never moves from 0.0  Voltmeter rreads voltage from the port but it never supplies amperage  I am selling this transformer AS IS.
